Job Vacancy: Call Center – Vendor Support (Evening Shift) Company: Mersal Zayouna Location: Zayouna, Baghdad, Iraq Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Working Days: 6 days per week Salary: 600,000 IQD per month Job Responsibilities: * Communicate with vendors and provide support regarding their inquiries. * Handle incoming calls and respond to vendor requests professionally. * Follow up on vendor issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution. * Maintain accurate records of calls, complaints, and follow-ups. * Ensure a high level of vendor satisfaction. Requirements: * Good command of English (spoken and written). * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. * Ability to handle calls professionally and solve problems. * Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage. * Commitment to the assigned evening shift and working schedule.
