راقي هو منصة مصممة لتمكين الملايين من العراقيين اقتصاديًا من خلال التكنولوجيا، عن طريق السماح للأشخاص (سواء كنتم أفراد عاديين أم تجار) بالإعلان عن السلع للبيع عبر مجموعة متنوعة من الفئات، بما في ذلك العقارات والسيارات والأجهزة المنزلية والإلكترونيات والهواتف. من خلال الوصول إلى راقي أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام (Terms & Conditions)، يرجى قراءتها بعناية.
من خلال استخدام راقي، تؤكد موافقتك على هذه الشروط والأحكام وأنك توافق على الالتزام بها. إذا لم توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام، يجب عليك أن لا تستخدم راقي.
لا يتطلب تصفح الإعلانات على راقي حسابًا. ومع ذلك، يتطلب نشر الإعلان، التحقق من رقم هاتفك عبر الواتساب. من خلال التحقق من رقم هاتفك، سيتم إنشاء حساب بشكل تلقائي لك، الذي سيحتوي على جميع الإعلانات التي تقوم بنشرها.
يمكن للمستخدمين تقديم الإعلانات من خلال تقديم الصور والوصف والسعر. تخضع الإعلانات لعملية مراجعة قبل النشر. يتحمل المعلنون مسؤولية التأكد من أن إعلاناتهم تتوافق مع القانون العراقي، ولا تتضمن عناصر ممنوعة، وتمثل بدقة العنصر المعروض للبيع. تنتهي صلاحية الإعلانات بعد 30 يومًا من تاريخ النشر. يمكن للمعلنين إزالة إعلاناتهم في أي وقت.

يمكن مشاركة المحتوى الذي ينشر على راقي من قبل المستخدمين. لا ينبغي للمعلنين نشر معلومات أو صور حساسة أو خاصة، حيث أن الإعلانات المنشورة متاحة لأي شخص.
يحتفظ راقي بالحق ولكن ليس بالتزام بمراقبة وتحرير أو إزالة أي محتوى ينشره المستخدمون بتقديرنا الخاص. يمكن إزالة المحتوى إذا تبين أنه غير قانوني، أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين، أو يخرق هذه الشروط والأحكام، أو إذا شككنا، حتى من دون دليل، في أن المحتوى قد يكون مشكلة. يمكن اتخاذ هذا الإجراء دون إشعار مسبق للمستخدم.
إذا كنت تعتقد أن أي محتوى على راقي ينتهك حقوقك، أو حقوق الآخرين، أو القانون العراقي، يرجى الاتصال بنا على الفور باستخدام معلومات الاتصال المقدمة في النقطة رقم ١٥. نحن نأخذ مثل هذه التقارير بجدية وسنقوم بالتحقيق بسرعة، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمعالجة المشكلة، والتي قد تشمل إزالة المحتوى المخالف واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة ضد المستخدمين المخالفين.
يُنصح المستخدمون بإجراء فحوصات شاملة وشخصية للعناصر قبل الانخراط في أي معاملات. لا يتحمل راقي مسؤولية عن أصالة العناصر المعلن عنها، أو قانونيتها، أو جودتها، أو وجودها، ولا عن أفعال المستخدمين بما في ذلك التمثيلات الاحتيالية، أو عدم تسليم العناصر، أو استكمال الدفعات. نؤكد على أهمية جدية المشتري في التحقق من حالة العنصر ونزاهة البائع للتخفيف من المخاطر المرتبطة بالمشتريات. يوفر راقي منصة للإعلانات ولكنه ليس متورطًا في المعاملة الفعلية بين المشترين والبائعين، وبالتالي، لا يمكن اعتباره مسؤولاً عن أي نزاعات أو خسائر تنشأ عن هذه المعاملات.
يحتفظ راقي بالحق في إنهاء الوصول إلى المنصة للمستخدمين الذين ينتهكون هذه الشروط والأحكام.
لا يتحمل راقي مسؤولية أي أضرار تنشأ عن استخدامك للمنصة أو أي معاملات تُجرى من خلالها.
توافق على تعويض راقي ضد أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو خسائر تنشأ عن انتهاكك لهذه الشروط والأحكام.
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للقانون العراقي. ستُحل أي نزاعات تحت اختصاص المحاكم العراقية.
يحتفظ راقي بالحق في إجراء تغييرات على هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. يشير استخدامك المستمر لراقي بعد أي تغييرات إلى قبولك للشروط الجديدة.

Raqi is a platform designed to economically enable millions of Iraqis through technology, by allowing individuals (private or business) to advertise items for sale across a variety of categories including real estate, cars, home appliances, electronics, and phones. By accessing or using Raqi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C). Please read them carefully.
By using Raqi, you confirm that you accept these T&C and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these T&C, you must not use Raqi.
Browsing ads on Raqi does not require an account. However, submitting an ad requires verification of your phone number via WhatsApp.
By verifying your phone number, an account will be automatically created for you, which will contain all ads you submit.
Users can submit ads by providing photos, a description, and a price. Ads are subject to a moderation process before publication.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their ads comply with Iraqi law, do not feature prohibited items, and accurately represent the item for sale.
Ads will expire after 30 days from the publish date. Advertisers may remove their ads at any time.
While Raqi allows users to post ads and content, including photos and descriptions, we do not bear any responsibility for the content published by users on our platform. Although we strive to moderate content to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Iraqi law, and our community standards, we cannot guarantee that all content will be free of illegal or infringing material.
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish and the consequences of posting or publishing it. If users see content that they believe is illegal, violates their rights in any way, or breaches these Terms and Conditions, we encourage them to report such content to us. Upon receiving such reports, Raqi will inspect the content and may take appropriate action, including but not limited to removing the content from our platform.
Posting ads for illegal items, including but not limited to guns and drugs, is strictly prohibited.
Ads must feature real items for sale. Selling multiple items in one ad or posting ads with fake information or prices is not allowed.
Content published on Raqi can be shared by users. Advertisers should not post sensitive or private information or photos, as published ads are accessible to anyone.
Raqi reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any content posted by users at our sole discretion. Content may be removed if it is found to be illegal, violates the rights of others, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or if we suspect, even without proof, that the content might be problematic. This action may be taken without prior notice to the user.
If you believe that any content on Raqi violates your rights, the rights of others, or Iraqi law, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided in Section 15. We take such reports seriously and will investigate promptly, taking necessary actions to address the issue, which may include removing the offending content and taking appropriate actions against the offending user(s).
Users are advised to conduct thorough in-person inspections of items before engaging in any transactions. Raqi is not responsible for the authenticity, legality, quality, or existence of items advertised, nor for the actions of users including fraudulent representations, failure to deliver items, or completion of payments. We emphasize the importance of buyer diligence in verifying item condition and seller integrity to mitigate risks associated with purchases. Raqi provides a platform for advertisement but is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, and as such, cannot be held liable for any disputes or losses arising from these transactions.
Raqi reserves the right to terminate access to the platform for users who violate these T&C.
Raqi is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions conducted through it.
You agree to indemnify Raqi against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these T&C.
These T&C are governed by Iraqi law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Iraqi courts.
Raqi reserves the right to make changes to these T&C at any time. Your continued use of Raqi following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
